Thank goodness for...

Crackers and ginger ale.

I've not had any really annoying m/s.  Some nausea, but manageable.  This morning, early in my hour commute, I started to feel like I was going to toss my cookies.  It didn't happen and I picked up some sea bands on the way to work, but this is officially day 1 of m/s for me.

I haven't put the bands on, I just think it's going to be too obvious.  I am drinking ginger ale and eating crackers.  That seems to be helping.

Glad its not that bad for you! Ive been wearing the bands for 3 days now and not one person has asked me about them or really even noticed them. And they dont exactly blend in with my outfit. I do have a nice one liner though in case anyone asks. "Im brining back the 80s!" They soo look like the jogger bands. Hahah.
