TMI gas question

So I've been getting gas, which I totally expected.  What I did not expect is that its getting stuck inside of me.  Its been so hard to get it out, no matter how hard I try.  Last night I woke up with these horrible gas pains and was scared to death because I didn't realize they were from gas right away.  Does anyone else get gas like this?

me!!  They scare me too sometimes.  My husband suggested trying the warm water with lemon trick and it seems to be working pretty well.

Gas-x is safe during pregnancy.

They have little strips that dissolve in your mouth and it doesn't taste icky. It worked for me when I needed it. I still have gas, but not horribly painful like it was.

I got this with my 1st pregnancy but I'm going to give you hope in saying it only lasted a few weeks. I'd get out of bed and walk around the house and lay down on my back and bicycle my legs to get some relief. I hope to avoid the fun this time around! Oh, and I used to call it gas-tipated!
