Spent the day at the hospital

I woke up this morning with a some heavy spotting. My doctor wasn't in so they told me to go to the emergency room. My beta results were very low and they could not see anything on the ultra sound. They kept reassuring me it could just be not as far a long as I thought. They bleeding has gotten heavier through out the day. I am not hopeful anymore.
