Baby Jogger City Mini or Elite for NYC?

I keep changing my mind whether to get the Mini or Elite - any thoughts, recommendations?  I like to take long walks so want something sturdy.  Thx.

I haven't purchased it yet but I am getting the babby jogger city mini. I took it for a test run at buy buy baby and I've been eyeing people on the streets strollers for a couple months now. It seems to have a pretty small foot print and the way it folds up is genius. The elite is heavier and costs more and takes up more space. There is a video review on youtube or baby gizmo.

I don't have experience yet but I am getting the City Mini.  I thought it was much lighter than any other stroller that I tried to lift.  Plus, I love how it's so easy to manuever!.

we have the city mini and love it. the only small complaint i have is that the basket on the bottom is rather small. other than that no complaints, it's really a great stroller!
