I just joined gymboree...it's really cute and a great way to meet other mom's! There's also something called minglingmoms.com; it's like lunch with other moms and babies and they sit you with people that live near you...I never tried it but I have had friends that liked it.

I've been doing a Mommy and Me class there since January and my son and I love it... And they aren't overpriced at all. They offer a few different types of classes and they are for all different age groups. They rent space from a local church in Massapequa but they're not affiliated. I believe they've only been in Massapequa for a year or so, the space is really cute. I highly recommend it!

I go to a Mommy and Me in Massapequa/Farmingdale. It's really cute, my son loves it and the price is right. Where are you girls located?
