  • Teriyaki seitan, steamed cabbage with dill, and quinoa.  It sounds like weird hippie food but I love this meal! I am a vegetarian so I eat lots of seitan and tempeh and tofu. DH is downstairs cooking while I'm doing homework for law school (and bumping - don't tell my DH!).

  • We had a chicken and rosemary tortelini.  Neither of had ever had tortelini before and we both really enjoyed it!

    My mom and dad are vegans, and they quinoa. I am trying to take some of their health cues since I found out about LO : )

  • This board and 1st tri have been slow today.  With my pelvic rest I have been checking every so often.
