What an interesting day...

Had knee surgery-- Wobbling around on crutches.   Doc says I should be using them for more than a week or so.

AND DS's father took him to the doctor!!  (ear infection, and I couldn't take him)

AND he paid for DS's medicine.   Holy crap! 

Now my momma is here and taking care of me and DS.

Now relax while your mom takes care of you!  It's so nice when that happens.

I remember how worried you were about this. I'm glad that things look like they're working out! Hope that knee heals up quickly.

My mom is leaving today at noon.   DS should be leaving to go to his dad's today at 9 am  (we will see if he shows up on time, but he does know that i had surgery, and that my mom is here.  Hopefully that will reinforce promptness.)

My, uh, 'friend' is coming this afternoon to help me out.   I'm ready for him to be here.      

My sister lives with me, so she will be able to help.

Doctor said I would probably be on crutches for about week, but that doesn't mean to go out and run a marathon.  I laughed.  LIke **I** ran marathons!!  HAHA.   He also said as soon as I can tolerate putting weight on it, do so!

Hurts worse today than it did yesterday.  I can tell exactly where they took out the most scar tissue, because that is hwere it is the most tender.
