My FFFC-30 Day Shred Related

I got to level 2 of the 30DS. I did it once and quit for a week :(. I started again with level 1 and I'm sticking with that. I figure it's better than not doing anything!

  • Level 2 is definitely a toughie! All of those plank moves are hard!! Oh, and the last strength set? Can't do it without taking a break!! My shoulders BURN!

  • Yeah, I just have no upper body strength :(. Plus I feel like it takes so much more room! And our living room is pretty small lol.

  • I did day 2 of level 2 and it is kicking my butt!! I'll stick with it so I can keep eating cookies and cupcakes.
