gonig to pediatrician for 1st time today what ? should I ask?

we have our 1st appt at 1pm. Our baby weas born on  Sunday and was 1 month early.

Questions so far:
I want to spreadout her shots to do only 2 at a time.

Her first cousin has autism, and 2 of her first cousins have speech imparement so we want to be diligent in watching for things like this.

They said she was a little jaundice in the hospital, how is she looknig now and what can we do at home to prevent this?

Is it ok to take her out to resturants, stores, visit people, as long as we keep her away from sick people

 How much clothes/blankets should she have on. How do we know if we are over covering/not enough? Esp. when in the ac.

She gets hiccups all the time, is this normal? Sneezes sometimes too?

She was eating 1oz every 3 hours, now about 1 1/2 oz every 2 1/2 hours. should we be doing more or less?

Should she always have a have a hat? when is it ok to take it off?

We are using enfamil powder with Hatboro Tap water, is this ok, does she need to take a flouride suppliment?

Her BM's are green/yellow should they be soft or hard, she had a few BM's that were little pellets.

 Anything I forgot?

Sounds good to me. I thought babies couldnt drink tap water. Idk though because I BF but I used to supplement and used distilled water. Maybe ask about that? I dont know, sounds like you just about got it.
