I also haven't had any morning sickness, but I know that it is early. I have had a little mild nausea and a little heartburn, but no vomiting.
Is it insane that I almost want to get morning sickness (but only mild m/s!) to make this whole pregnancy thing seem more real? It just seems feels really unreal, especially since my first OB appointment is so far away.

On a side note, I didn't feel queasy until I just watched a short birth video on babycenter.com. Am I ready for this?!? ...Luckily I will have 35 more weeks to prepare!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm feeling pregnant- with all the fatigue, urination, sore boobs, and constipation. Maybe we're the lucky ones? I have a friend who is almost exactly as far along as I am, and she is puking up her guts!! Ugh!

I have not actually thrown up but I have had a fair amount of nausea. I've also had pretty bad heartburn, but that's not surprising because I had that before being pregnant. Unfortunately my nausea tends to hit me around 3:00 am, I haven't slept a full night since I got my BFP.
So far so good. I thought I might need to run to the bathroom to throw up during school today though. I was in a tiny middle school classroom with no windows or ventilation. In case you forget what middle school boys are like...they stink! Fortunately it passed though.
No m/s here. My sense of smell is pretty stellar but so far no scents bother me.

I've never vomited from m/s. The first time around I could only eat a few things w/o feeling sick and had big aversions into the 3rd tri. 2nd time around, I just didn't push myself to eat anything that didn't appeal to me and did much better. I wore seabands both times b/c I got dizzy otherwise. This time, I am already feeling grossed out by certain things, but hoping it won't be too bad.
I don't have any m/s now either - granted I'm only like 4 weeks, though. I have a wicked gassy/bloaty stomach now though. And I'm exhausted. Just took an hour nap on the couch.
Same here. I've been told by a few friends that it kicked in for them at 6 weeks, so that may be the case. I have the same lovely symptoms as you, plus having to pee all the time.
I am also experiencing minimal symptoms here. I get dull pains in my lower abdomen from time to time but that is becoming less and less frequent, I am always tired and other then that I am starting to get bloated. I do find that if I do not eat right away I gag very easily. No true nausea, but the gag reflex is super sensitive.
My SIL had NO symptoms during her pregnancy. No m/s, sore boobs, tiredness, nothing. Her first real symptom was feeling the baby move lol. I actually have a lot of friend miss out on all the nasty symptoms of pregnancy so I am not stressing the fact I am not having many atm. I am gonna see in the next three weeks if that stays the same.
Re: No morning sickness?
No m/s for me yet. Why does that freak me out?

No complaints though, it is all worth it!
I wanted to say congrats on your visit to the doctor today! What a special moment you had.
I am not having any m/s and I just keep telling myself I hope I one of the lucky 20-30% who does not get it.
TY! It was such an exciting day- I'm still on cloud 9! : ) And yeah, maybe we are the lucky ones. My mom didn't have m/s with me or my sister!
