    we're going to take E to Salon Red kids in Decatur.  There is also one in buckhead called Pigtails and crew cuts.  I think they actually have several atlanta locations

    We went to Pigtails and Crewcuts - he got to sit in a cute little fire truck - unfortunately he wasn't having it but a great photo op place and I am sure he'll love it when he's older.
