I have a 300 IU vial and 300 IUs has been used. Do you know how much overfill there is in it? How will I be able to tell when the vial is empty - will I not be able to dial up any further?

Re: How Much Overfill Is In Follistim?
Probably 75-125 IUs of overfill.
You will know b/c you won't be able to push the plunger anymore. Just dial your dose, and try to inject. If it stops before it gets to 0 you know you will need to put in a new cartridge and inject the amount of where the plunger stopped. I hope that makes sense.
I know what you are saying...there is a video that explains it pretty well.
Video
If it doesn't open on the follistim video, just click that link.
