Is there a growth spurt at 12 weeks or did I make that up??

I hope so, because DD has been waking up in the middle of the night for the past week or so, and she has been STTN since she was 5 weeks old!  I hope this is just a phase, and not a new thing that will stick around!

 This is EXACTLY why I'm asking!  She was also STTN but at 10 weeks started getting up once a night, and now at 12 weeks, we're up to twice.  I'm exhausted!!! (But who isn't, right? )
