The daycare I want to eventually put DS into tells me that they won't do CDs. They state it is due to health regulations, but I am going to look into that.
If your DCP - other than a homecare - accommodates CDs, how do they do it? What did you have to provide for them? What did they provide? I want to get some ideas so that I can write up a proposal and petition the director once he has started there.
There aren't many choices for infant care in our city, and I really think this DCP is the best, other than the non-cloth diaper stance.
TIA.
Re: XP from 6-12 -> Daycare and Cloth Diapers?
I never asked over the phone - only in person. Take the CDs to show them how easy they are. I take pocket or AIO CDs in a clean wetbag daily and bring it all home at the end of the day. They hang the wetbag on a hook by the changing station. I have enough diapers/wetbags for 3 days so at the end of the 3rd day I do laundry.

Our dcp was unaware that the state allows cd. They thought they were not allowed. Once I showed them the state guidelines they took them, but they would only take them when ds was in a room w/ a bathroom in it. They needed a place to disposed of solid material and can't always leave the room to do so. That meant we had to use sposies while in the infant room (up to 1yo). It was better than nothing though. We used Tushies while he was in that room b/c they're sap free and the closest sposie I could find to cloth.
