Grapefruit Seed Extract

I think we have DD's yeast rash cleared up after using Nystanin and Angel Baby Bottom Balm, but I know you are supposed to keep on treating it after it seems cleared up, to make sure it won't come back.

I've heard about using Grapefruit Seed Extract on LO's bum, but I'm not sure how to use it.  Should I just dilute it in water and use it with my cloth wipes?  How diluted should it be? I usually use Kissaluvs wipe solution.  Should I use both?  Should I also use it in my wash on a regular basis?  If so, how?

We use it in our wash on a regular basis. We had some trouble with rashes last summer and started using it. We haven't had much trouble recently but I don't know if that has anything to do with the winter season or if it's the extract.
