Another post about cheese toast

who had it for breakfast this morning?  I am kicking myself because i forgot all about it and made my usual breakfast.  Then I sat down to check the nest and see all this.  And dammit, I really want some now!!!

So funny, I didn't see the OP until just now but we're having cheese toast for breakfast.  I always think about it when I'm visiting my IL's because they had never made it before I did once at their house and now they eat it all the time.

A little natural peanut butter spread under the slice of cheese is pretty good too. Really, don't gag  It makes the whole thing super gooey and yummy.

Interesting.  I do eat peanut butter toast (we should give Heather the recipe - LOL!) a lot, but have never combined it with cheese toast.

I love peanut butter toast. I haven't tried peanut butter and cheese though, that one sounds odd but worth a try.
