Co worker has her DD in a backless booster. I am so upset, but don't know how to bring it up. She is the type that knows it all and will get pissed off. I asked her why and she said her DD likes it. WWYD?

She knows it's wrong, and she is doing it anyway, so nothing you say is going to help the situation.

Nothing.  Her child, her choice.  I have seen backless that say from 32 pounds, not that my child would be in one.  She is almost 4 and still harnessed.

My friends boy is in a booster too since he turned 2 and it pisses me off.  I talked to her a couple of times and she said he is a big boy and his dad wants him in a booster..what!!!!!  IT IS ILLEGAL!!  Don't get it!

It's surprising the lack of carseat knowledge I see in real life as opposed to the nest. I don't know anyone who used extended rear facing or extended 5 point harness etc. I am the rarity around here. I would do like the pp said and remind her of the law.
