Did you all notice a low-grade fever when yours started getting their last set in?  HC has never had a fever with teething thus far that I can remember, but I feel like I've heard/read that the last set of molars are awful in a lot of ways.  Low grade fever last night, no higher than 100.6, and lots of crankiness that's unlike her when she's fully healthy.  Lots of sticking her fingers in her mouth, but no food refusal so far, and she still lets me brush her teeth.  And she's on antibiotics for an ear infection already (almost a week into it now), so I don't think it's that causing the fever, especially not that low.  Anything else I could be missing?

jax has always gotten a low fever and usually he gets diarrhea too.  he also eats very little for 2-3 days.  sounds like you could be right.
