Fun stuff to do outdoors this week?

We are home this week, and with no preschool/swimming/sports class, we have so much lazy time....I am so enjoying it!  Was just looking for ideas of fun things to do with the boys outdoors.  We had a playdate in our backyard today, so much fun   We are also going to the zoo, a Gwinnett Braves game, and the Georgia G Day game on Saturday. 

I'm meeting up with a friend tomorrow, and we were thinking of the Yellow River Game Ranch in Lilburn (she and I grew up near there), but it's a bit of a hike...so was just wondering if there was something closer (she's in Suwanee and I'm in Cumming).  I dunno, we might just do a picnic at Sims Lake Park, but they play there a lot since they live so close.  And she's a teacher, so she doesn't get this kind of time off with her son nearly enough and we wanted to do something different. 

Any ideas welcome

How about Atlanta Botanical Garden? It is also right at Piedmont Park so you could go there as well.
