What size should I get? DD's asleep, so I can't measure her to figure this out... what size do you have for your LO's?

I can't remember what size we got, but I actually wrapped it around his ankle, so he could wear it all the time.  I was able to wrap it around twice.

I'm actually trying to decide what size to order for DD too.  Everytime I think about measuring her, she's asleep.  One of my friends who has one say's she has a 15 inch b/c she want her DD to be able to wear it for awhile.  She says she can actually fit it around her neck too.  I don't think it would help teething much to wear it around the ankle.
