Got my Ergo from baby steals...

and I was checking it out and one of the snaps for the hood broke! Should I contact Baby Steals or Ergo?

Mine was like that too! I got the black one, and one of the snaps on the front of the waist for keeping the sleep hood down was busted off! I don't want to have to send it back to get it fixed. I waited what felt like forever for it.

I just double-checked mine and everything is fine with the snaps.

I have the same problem with mine! I posted about it earlier.

I emailed customer service at babysteals and they very promptly responded saying they were sending me a new one and a prepaid envelope to send the defective one back.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service. But maybe not so much now that I find out it has happened to three of us.....I hope my new one arrives quickly and without incident otherwise i will request a refund.

Uh oh. Mine is in the wash right now. I'll have to test the snaps. And here I was thinking you were going to post about how much brighter the embroidery was IRL than the pic online. I opened the box and thought "Woah...bit of a punch in the face" LOL
