femme reminded me ...

last friday, i was in the drive-thru at the DQ (Dairy Queen) and in front of me was a little car with tons of bumper stickers. he had Oregon plates. one said something like: LAWRENCE ... 27 square miles of reality, surrounded by Kansas. Didn't we have the Lawrence discussion like on that Thursday?

So, I see that and I think "I've got to tell BOF!"

But here's the weird thing ... I go into the office today (30 minutes from that DQ ... in a city that has a population of 150K+ and at the light of a major intersection was that same freaking Aveo.

either the dude is following me or i "really" needed to tell you that.

    ALSO: i SAW THE NEXT MORNIGN THAT GOOGLE'S APRIL FOOL WAS TO CHANGE ITS NAME TO TOPEKA- WHICH IS A SIGN!!! I

     

    am looking for signs in everything- like- ok- I am taking this post as a sign, the google thing, the first sign was that my in laws just bought a house in kansas city (and I assumed that was missouri,) but it is kansas- and it is like an hour away or something?

    I was going to try not to get my hopes up or be too impulsive about this....but my H told them what it would take for us to move, and we are just waiting to see if they counter offer or decide something else...

    I think he said Wed. would be the soonest we'd hear...

    I am getting more and more antsy and nervous- the more I look into this place the more I want to move there- LIKE i AM  ready for a big big change..

    plus all the SIGNS!!!!

    I am finding so many cute house listings there- but I don't know anything about the actual area...I think we'd rent first- just to get a feel for the area?

    the more I think about it the more I want it...
