Is he too big for a homemade wrap?

Would my 15lb 5 month old be too heavy for a homemade wrap made from gauze or a lightweight linen?

 other fabric suggestions?

    Nope, I used mine with DS from 15-20 lbs. You probably won't be able to do single-layer carries, though.

    It's made out of gauze- I found it on etsy. My fave carries with it are the FWCC and chunei/ double hammock.
