Should I give him my mom & sister's numbers to call if he is ever *that* worried again? My mom suggested it (one sister said not to give him hers and I can't say I blame her). I could swear I have him my number at one point so he could call if the need ever came up so I don't know why he didn't call. He had his little notebook in hand. Ugh. And, I just got home and as soon as I pulled in his downstairs lights came on. Focking nosey.
It probably won't change anything, as nosy as they are. ?But if it might make him less likely to call the cops and your mom is ok with it, meh, go ahead. ?
I probably would just go up to him and say "thanks for being concerned but can you try calling my phone first next time. Do you have my number? When I have the dryer on it's hard to hear anyone knocking on the door."
