Hello there. This is my first pregnancy, and I'm expecting twins!! Does anyone have any pregnancy/parenting book suggestions geared towards twins? Thanks!
dr luke's but don't take it as a bible IMO, talk to your OB about all the diet stuff too. many women (myself included) did not feel the need or ability to eat quite as much as she recommends, still with great outcomes but it is a good book w/ really great info overall.
I really liked twin set and twin sense, which are a little more practical than juggling twins & ready or not- I liked those too but they were more narrative/humorous than a useful tool, for me.
And I think everyone should read &/or watch happiest baby on the block, twins or not. I found that video & book so helpful.
Re: Good book for twins
Dr. Luke's When you're expecting twins, triplets, or quads is a great resource for a multiples pg.
As for parenting twins, i liked ready or not, here we come.
Congrats!!!

agreed. dr luke's book has awesome information on the pregnancy, your diet while pregnant as well as after, and good preemie/NICU information.
Ditto. Love this book. It's made me lol a few times.

I definitely recommend the Dr. Luke book as well. Everyone that I know that has followed it has has great outcomes. Good luck!
