I blew my nose and peed a little...

Okay it has almost been 2 weeks pp.. when will I pee normally again?  Does anyone else have any incontinence issues?   :(

    I'm sorry, I LOLed at this.  I am sorry to tell you that the peeing thing lasted about 3 months for me, but I never did Kegels or anything.  The worst was when I was cleared for exercise after 6 weeks and peed when I did jumping jacks.  It doesn't happen anymore, though.
