How often do you pump and when?

    When I was on maternity leave, I would pump after the first morning feeding.  Now that I'm back to work, I nurse before leaving, pump at 10am, nurse him at noon, pump again at 3pm.

    I pump between 9a and 10a and then again between 3p and 4p. Everyday is different, so I don't get to start at the same time everyday at work. At home I nurse at 8p and pump again before bed (around 9:30). He usually nurses once at night too (around 2a or 3a).
