I always have a salad for lunch. I have been using the same bowl forever.
Now I think I have to cut it in half. I feel like I am going to explode. I just have that UGG I ate to much feeling. I had it last night too and I only had 2 pieces of pizza.
Also I thought the tiredness was supposed to let up. I am exhausted!
anyone have these feelings? what do you do split up your meals into little ones?
