? about cooking frozen pork roast in the crock pot...

I usually thaw it, but don't have time.  I should probably put it in now right?  Should I cook it on high instead of low?  I think it's about 2lbs...

I've done that a few times.  I usually put it on high for an hour or so to get it going and then turn it down once it has 'defrosted'.
