I know it's normal but...

Cramps freak me out. The reason why is there has only ever been one thing associated with that feeling: Aunt Flo. It's an automatic response and hard to shut off. 

It's kind of coupled with those, "Am I REALLY pregnant?" feelings. I'm 9 weeks and have hardly had symptoms at all so in the back of my mind there's a tiny fear my doc will call and say, "Hello crazy lady, you're not pregnant at all."

As things progress I'm sure I'll get over it. It's just a weird knee-jerk reaction and it's driving me nuts!!!

My first Dr's appointment is today and this is my fear.

ditto. I've not had many symptoms. I keep thinking at my nt scan tomorrow the baby won't be there. All we can do is wait and see!

Hahahaha!  But I already have a stubborn LO, as you read in my blog!  With my Latin blood and SO's Polish blood, we are going to have hot-tempered and stubborn children.  There's the payback for not having symptoms!  LOL

I haven't had many symptoms either.  I was nervous, but had my first dr appt yesterday. It made me feel much better.

I am having a lot of cramps with this pregnancy (none with my DD) and so at my appt last week, my dr did a quick ultrasound, and I have a cyst. He says it will go away by itself, but that it is what is causing my cramps. ANd they are pretty bad, like the ones you get on your first day of AF where you can't sit still through them.

I've been having this same worry. Had a dream the other night that my period started and I wasn't really pregnant. There's always something to worry about, I guess. Part of the whole mommy experience, right?
