Can you recommend a good prenatal yoga dvd? I really want to take a class like once or twice a week, but the classes in my area are a little pricey. So I'm looking at other options. I want a really good video, I've done some video exercises before and to be honest I can't say I liked them. I prefer going to classes but if there's a great video that you know of then I'd like to give it a try.
TIA
Mey, great question! I wanted to get a prenatal yoga dvd as classes are too expensive- but I also dont want to overdo anything. I am not really a "work out" kinda girl!

I've done Pregalates and really enjoyed it! I used the 3rd trimester and Post Natal DVD's last time (there's one for each trimester) and found Tasha to be really easy to follow.
On the main page scroll down to where it says "the dvd's - available for all regions and players" click on 'more information' and it brings up video clips.
