Known Donor Sperm

I know we have quite a few donor sperm SAIF'ers, but I was wondering if anyone else did known donor sperm (family member, etc.)?  I have a couple questions for you if so.

    We did not, but were ready to.  Unfortunately, DH's brother turned us down.  :(  Feel free to ask questions...I did a little research and thought a lot about it at the time.
    Childhood cancer (DH) + chemo + radiation = 0 sperm.
    LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
    LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
    Life is beautiful!
