Anyone have a car that fits 2 carseats & adult in back?

We're wanting to rent a car for our vacation but we need 2 carseats plus an adult in the back. Minivans are more than we want to spend and we really we just need the space for the trip there & back because our other adult is staying with family once we get there. Does anyone have any experience with a full-size car with the 2 carseats? Is it comfortable or very tight? If you can recommend a specific car that would be great. We have a Saab Wagon but it would be very tight and it's a 12 hour trip.

I can get a small adult in the back seat of my car with the 2 car seats if I put one carseat in the middle and one the side. It's not very comfortable for a long trip though. I have a Camry.

We have a Saab 9-5 wagon and have rented something like a full size buick. It isn't that much wider with the car seats for the person in the middle, but you may be able to put 2 car seats next to each other, like an infant and a forward facing toddler, which I cannot do in my 9-5, which would be more comfy. I have put 2 forward facing seats, one belt booster, and one 5 point forward facing in that way with another adult though for a trip and it wasn't bad.
