Reheating food question

do you re-heat food more than once?

For example: We ate roast on Friday, re-heated it and ate it on sandwiches tonight and there is still enough left for lunch tomorrow. Would you heat it a third time?

I usually do, but I was just curious what others do regarding re-heating food.

Normally, I do. But when I'm pregnant I usually stick to the reheat once rule.

My sister's degree is in nutrition and she says only reheat once.  So, we divide it up before reheating it.
