XP: Benadryl Allergies

Has anyone given their LO Benadryl?  My doctor wants me to start using that until Ben's eczema starts to clear up (because he's itching).  I'm kind of nervous though even though he told me to give it to him at night.

 

Would you start tonight or wait until the morning...does it matter?

I would start at night, because it generally makes them sleepy.
