Most of the recipes I keep finding for lamp chops require broiling. I have used my broiler all of ONE time, with DH in the house. Haha. Any recipes that don't require broiling or a slow cooker since it's kinda late for that... =/
I might be doing this totally wrong but I coat my lamb chops in dijon mustard and dill them throw them on a hot skillet (or frying pan whatever it's called) with a bit of olive oil. it's my favorite way to have lamb!
One of my favorites is coating lamb chops in fresh herbs (chopped Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley - or all 3 combined) and then cooking in a pan on the stove top. I'm sorry - I don't remember the exact time, but I think it was 5-7 min per side.
