I was planning on putting my daughter forward facing at around 18-24 months. She is 14 months and is the size of an 18 month old almost 2 year old. Would it be ok to put her car seat forward facing since she is so big or should I just wait like I planned to until she is 24 months? Thanks for your help!
Re: I have a Car seat question
I'm calling MUD on this one.
ETA - or, ATTEMPTED MUD.

You're going to get a mixed bag here - do what's right for your family. The law is 1 year/20lbs, the AAP is recommending 2 years.
We turned ds around about 2 months ago and are very happy with our decision.
Yeah, I kind of thought so too, but it's so lame if it's MUD. I gave my opinion anyway.
If she's happy the way it is I would keep it that way rather than base the decision on size. I'm sure she still fits fine RF.
What is MUD? Sorry I am new here, I guess I should have posted that.
Are you asking us for permission? In most states, the law for a toddler to be forward facing is 20lbs and one year old. So if your child meets your state's criteria then it would be "ok" or legal to do.
I know the new recommendation is for them to stay RF until two years old. But it's just that, a recommendation.
Do what's best for you and your LO.
ETA: I agree Totty. I'm giving this post a major side eye.
