Heparin switch from lovenox

When are you switching over? I went to see the hemotologist today and he is starting me at 35wks bc I'm on bedrest and could go early. So that's this saturday that I start 3x a day! So ill have to give myself a shot, not thrilled about that! And I was told to stop baby aspirin when I start the heparin. Did you do that as well? At least its temporary but between the insulin and heparin its 6 shots a day!! Thanks!

    Ugh, sorry about all of the shots!!!

    I will be switching over to heparin around 36 weeks, possibly. They did not say if they would take me off of my baby aspirin or not.

    Yuck! I was told I don't need to switch this time since I am having a planned c/s. Which is just fine by me! Last time I switched at 36w.

    I was switched at 37 weeks.  The original plan was 36, but she let me go one more week since I didn't have any signs of progress at that point.  I was never on the baby aspirin, so I can't help there!
