We lost all of our freezer food!

We bought all new appliances on Saturday.  Stove and dishwasher are coming on Wednesday.  The fridge and riding mower were delivered yesterday.  The delivery guys told us to empty our old fridge (which they were moving to our garage).  They brought the new one in, fiddled with it for a minute, and then told us that we were all set and to put everything in.  Come to find out this morning...they never turned on the freezer.  We barely had anything in the fridge, but the freezer was jam packed full of stuff that was all pretty recently purchased.  I bet there was at least $100 worth of groceries in there.  I'm just kind of pissed...ya know?

 

On a positive note...I haven't bitten my nails in a week!  They look great and I am so proud of myself.  Sorry...this is lame, I know!

Ugh that sucks. Can you call them to complain? Maybe they will reimburse you since they were supposed to set it up properly.

Can you file a complaint?  I know my neighbor lost a lot of food and the company had to give them so much money to replace spoiled food.

 YEAH on not biting your nails...that's my bad habit.

Call the company - they most likely will reimburse you. If not, call your insurance company - we were covered for a similar incident last year.
