Sock Monkey 1st bday party for a girl?

Didn't get much of a response on 6-12 so I thought I'd try here too. Did anyone do a sock monkey party for their girl? My LO's favorite thing is her sock monkey so that's the theme we're going with but I'm not having much luck finding items that aren't blue and red. I'm not 100% opposed to that but would prefer pink. I found a few things on Etsy but I'm still looking. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

very cute idea.

there is a great craft shop by my house in mpls that has the best fabric!  you have to visit the site, maybe make a bib or table cloth, etc.?

I used my DD's pink & green monkey as the theme for her first birthday....I didn't have any luck finding anything in store so I just used a lot of pinks and greens to decorate. I did make goodie bags out of felt which were time consuming but super easy to make. I had someone make a cake & pinata to match. Good luck and happy planning!

That was the theme that I wanted for DD's 1st bday,  but I couldn't find anything.  I didn't have time to do a lot of DIY stuff for it so I gave up.  I wound up using the Mod Monkey stuff from birthday express instead. 

I know that I saw a few sites from folks who wound up being really crafty with that theme.  Good luck if you go that route.  I'm sure it will be really cute.
