Had our baby shower
We drove up to my in-laws where my DHs aunt threw us a baby shower. It was all of DHs friends and family, although I've been with the family, most of his friends I've only met at the wedding since they all live 4 hours away. It was really nice and relaxed. They BBQ'd amazing food: tri-tip, chicken and ribs. So yummy! We got a lot of really cute outfits for LO, the travel system (wow!) and the crib bedding. So amazing.
But right before the shower, I got word that my aunt passed away, which made it difficult, at moments, to enjoy.

I'm so sorry to hear about your aunt. I'm sure that made for a bitter-sweet time.
