so i'm working out of the Allergy-Free Cookbook (got it on sale at B&N last weekend) and we finally made it to the grocery store
Sadly our Shoppers Food Warehouse only had a handful of the ingredients and not a large section of GF items, but i got enough to get us started and i'll hit the TJ or WF next week for the rest of the items.
Dinners:

Basil Chicken w/ Rice Noodles
Pad Thai
Sesame Ginger-Glazed Tofu
- Brazilian Cheese Rolls &Crispy Toffee Cookies as snacks/desert items

Mmmm! Some good ideas!
I've cut gluten and sugar out of my diet this last month of pregnancy b/c I was told it can help with labor. (Gluten and sugars don't leave the body and can impede the stretching of ligaments and muscles--good motivation to not eat it!) However, since I already don't eat meat nor dairy, I've limited myself quite a bit!
