she caught a mouse and is in the process of torturing it. I can see her through the window and I know she's going to leave it on the doorstep as a present.
gahhh! meanwhile the cat's thinking, my mom is being mean. i caught this damn mouse for her and she doesn't even want it. lol
lol Exactly. We had an indoor/outdoor cat who would bring us mice all of the time. My dad would praise the cat from brining us "dinner" and then throw it out when she wasn't looking. He never wanted to hurt her feelings. lol

we do this too because she is trying to be "helpful" by bringing dinner - I just wish she would kill the damned thing instead of "play" with it for 15 minutes

I'm so glad my kitty is an indoor kitty; I couldn't deal with the "presents".
Momma to three boys:
Henry - 4yo
Alex - 18mo
Jack - born 2/23/12 at 20w due to ruptured uterus (previa and accreta resulting in hysterectomy)
He only lived here on Earth for an hour, but he will live in our hearts forever.
