Long Shot. Anyone get a "baby" at their baby shower?

I'm looking for ideas on how to make a "baby" out of baby items that you would get at a shower.  I got one at my shower and remember it being super cute.  I think she used towels and burp clothes rolled up to make the arms and legs and then put them into a onsie outfit.  Then there was some kind of head with a hat on it but I can't remember the details.

I tried googling but couldn't find anything.  I thought maybe someone here had seen something like that before.  Thanks!

I got one at my shower for Britt but that was 19 yrs ago!  I have no idea how it was made.
