The great news is the boys are so incrediably well!
Jonathan was 4lb. 11oz.
Brandon was 4lb. 4 oz.
Christopher was 3lb. 8oz.
Today, two days post delivery all three are on room air and taking tubal feedings. Each boy is gaining weight and doing better then anyone would have guessed for 30 weeks and 4 days.
I feel so blessed by god to have such strong boys and pray they continue to do well. I am being discharged tomorrow which i know will be so hard! and hoping my milk comes in soon.
I am having a hard time thinking about leaving the boys at the NICU and going home since i will not be able to see them everyday.
I look forward to your advice and support.
Re: Joining you ladies.

Congratulations!!! I'm glad to hear how well your little guys are doing in the NICU. That is fantastic news!
I have a friend in Georgia who has triplets too. Hers were 30 weeker preemies as well. They are 1.5 years old and are doing fantastically well. She had a boy 3 lbs 6 oz, girl 3 lbs 4.5 oz, and boy 4 lbs. They were in the NICU for about 8 weeks. But it sounds like their might have had a little more breathing support early on and were a smidge smaller than your boys, so that might have extended their stay.
Good luck to you and your family!
No kidding! My DD was born at 33w6d and weighed 3lb 12oz! Good job growing those guys! Congrats!
Welcome

Wow! You have some strong little fighters there. You have a difficult road ahead though, and I hope you find a lot of support to help you. Never fear to ask the doctors and nurses all of the questions you have - pester them if you want to! You are the mother and you have the final say and you will still have motherly intuition about some things in deciding the best care for your babies. I hope they all thrive and I hope you have a speedy recovery from your delivery.
I invite you to browse my preemie parenting site at www.preemiebabies101.com where I talk about everything from the NICU Experience to feedings, bringing baby home, raising your preemies, etc.! I also encourage questions and insights from all of my readers.
Good luck to you and your three amazing boys!
Congrats! Their weights are wonderful, wow.
I'm glad they are doing so well for you.
