Good Pediatric Dentist near Allentown/Reading?

I am scared to death of the dentist because of a horrible experience I had when I was young.  It is time for my kids to start seeing a dentist and I do not want them to be afraid.  My oldest is shy and is scared of strangers so I really need to find someone that will help him feel comfortable.
