Can you tell me what your sizes are?  Like Newborn, what waist size do you use? 0-3 months, waist size, 3-6, etc. etc.

LOL .. I will never put a tutu on my babe.  I just like to do projects since I stay at home.  Next, I'm going to learn to sew.

I just used a ribbon and tied it around DD's waist. I didn't get an exact measurement. I ended up making it too big and having to take some of the tulle pieces off.

If you're trying to make them to sell or give away, you might want to use elastic or one of those crocheted headbands. They are probably more giving for different sizes.
