Window gel thingees

OK, so my mom bought these things for Gavin once and now he is obsessed so she buys them everytime Target has them in the $1 bins.  He loves to stick them on our back door- puts em on, takes em off.  Will spend an hour doing this.  I think it's great.  He's happy, they are not messy... win win.  EXCEPT... once again our psycho cat is also obsessed with them.  And he will actually pull them off the glass and carry them around the house (anyone notice a theme here- remember he also likes to carry Gavin's dirty socks around the house).  Then we find them laying around the house with nasty cat hair stuck to them.  They do wash off, btw.  But still, it's annoying.  Why can't the cat just be normal?  He has kitty toys but won't touch them.  WTH.

ugh, my girls stuck them on the back of my white kitchen door and they stained the friggin door.  NOTHING will get it off.
