Kudos for not putting up with cheating.

However, I remember reading about her stepdaughter's mom trying to get custody as well. She'll be in for quite a battle there. Not to mention,infidelity doesn't equal unfit parent.

She's probably the best parent to that girl. Apparently her mom is a stripper/porn star or something in the industry and has not been a stable parent. It actually makes sense that he is cheating with a porn star again since his baby momma is one. Shame, I like Sandra Bullock.

I think if it were true she'd have a SLIM chance in getting that kid.  Just because he's a cheater doesn't make him a unfit parent. Her real mother is unstable and met her current bf in rehab.
