Everything I've given to DD so far, I've warmed up a bit. She seems to like it better a little warm. Should I start to give her some without warming, like bananas, to get her used to different temperatures?

I don't warm up any of them. If he's not taking it I'll warm it up to see if that's the reason and usually that doesn't make a difference. Either he wants it or he doesn't, the temp doesn't seem to matter.
We give all new jars at room temp. I heat up the leftovers after they've been in the fridge. Just to take the chill off.
I think it's easier if you don't need to heat them up. If you go somewhere and don't have a microwave handy, it might be nice to have her eating room-temp foods.
I never warm up any unless they were in the fridge (and then I only do veggies). I want her to be used to eating them that way for when we are not at home.

I warm up some. If they're ice cubes from the freezer then they get warmed up as they're defrosted. If it's meat, I tend to warm it up just because in my mind, meat should be warm. I don't warm up applesauce or bananas though.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. My mom will tell me I'm being cruel when I don't warm things up. Really- I don't see a problem with not warming apples, it's called applesauce!
